Interim Executive Director

Terry Campbell is Interim Executive Director of WPCC and Chief Operating Officer of NHHA, where she helps lead the organizations through rapid expansion to serve vulnerable populations with multi-organization campus sites in Imperial County, Long Beach, Sacramento, and San Diego County. Working with cross‑functional leadership teams, she focuses on start‑up operations, organizational scaling, and building systems for multi‑site service delivery.

Previously Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Illumination Foundation, she led a multidisciplinary team across marketing, communications, development, grants, community engagement, and events—managing a multimillion‑dollar development budget that exceeded projections each year. Terry’s early career includes serving as the first Director of Marketing for Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas and co‑founding Teramor Corporation, a marketing services agency that delivered large‑scale, data‑driven campaigns for clients such as Marriott, Ritz‑Carlton, and major homebuilders.

Her strengths include strategic growth planning, cross‑functional team leadership, fundraising and grant strategy, and designing operational systems that enable sustainable impact at scale. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from UCLA and is committed to advancing equity and comprehensive care for vulnerable communities.
