WPCC Welcomes James Ranslow as New Executive Director
We are excited to introduce James Ranslow as the new Executive Director of Whole Person Care Clinic (WPCC)! James brings a wealth of experience, a deep commitment to community health, and a vision that aligns with WPCC’s mission to provide holistic, compassionate, and accessible care across Southern California.
In his role as Executive Director, James will lead our dynamic team of clinical, mental health, and community service professionals. He is dedicated to our mission, guiding strategic growth, and ensuring organizational excellence.
James’s journey into healthcare leadership is rooted in service. He began his career at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove, first as an AmeriCorps VISTA and later as a manager of strategy and program development for community health programs supporting children, youth, and families. During that time, James developed a belief in whole-person care — that true wellness must address not only physical health but mental, emotional, and social well-being as well.
Over the years, James has held various leadership roles within the managed care, clinical services, and nonprofit healthcare sectors. His operational expertise and heart for community make him an exceptional fit to lead WPCC into its next chapter.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, James is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), where he serves as Vice Chair for the Inland Empire Program Council. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Corona-Norco United Way, supporting efforts to empower youth and assist those experiencing domestic violence, poverty, and homelessness.
James holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from The University of Scranton.
We are excited for what’s ahead under James' leadership and look forward to continuing to grow and serve our communities with integrity, compassion, and innovation.
