Taylor Beckwith, MPH, CPH
Director of Operations, Sacramento & Northern California
Taylor Beckwith, MPH, CPH, serves as WPCC’s Director of Operations for Sacramento and Northern California. She brings extensive experience in public health systems, policy, and operational leadership, most recently from the California Primary Care Association, where she held the role of Associate Director of Health Center Optimization. In that capacity, Taylor provided subject matter expertise in behavioral health, managed care reimbursement, and CalAIM initiatives while leading stakeholder engagement efforts, facilitating workgroups, and developing statewide educational resources. Her work also included representing health centers and associations in collaboration with key state agencies such as DHCS and HCAI.
Taylor’s earlier career includes roles in grassroots advocacy, tobacco control, and school‑based mental health, where she built coalitions, organized community programs, and championed equitable health policies.
She holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Whittier College. Taylor is Certified in Public Health and has been recognized with honors including the American Cancer Society Tobacco Free Generation Campus Initiative Student Leader MVP and the American Red Cross Youth Hero of the Year Award. She has also contributed to publications and presentations on topics such as HIV‑related stigma and health policy, reflecting her commitment to community wellness and health equity.
