WPCC Welcomes Taylor Beckwith as Director of Operations for Sacramento and Northern California

Whole Person Care Clinic is proud to announce the appointment of Taylor Beckwith, MPH, CPH, as our new Director of Operations for Sacramento and Northern California.

Taylor’s leadership comes at an exciting time for WPCC as we expand services into the Sacramento region, allowing us to extend our whole-person care model beyond Southern California and reach more individuals and families in need across the state.

Taylor brings extensive experience in public health policy, health system operations, and behavioral health integration. She joins WPCC from the California Primary Care Association (CPCA), where she most recently served as Associate Director of Health Center Optimization. In this role, she supported community health centers across California with strategies related to behavioral health integration, managed care reimbursement, and implementation of CalAIM initiatives.

Throughout her career, Taylor has built a strong reputation for facilitating collaboration among healthcare providers, policymakers, and community partners. Her work has included policy analysis, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and the development of educational resources to support health centers serving vulnerable populations. She has also represented associations in partnership with state agencies including the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and the Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI).

Earlier in her career, Taylor led grassroots advocacy efforts, managed tobacco control initiatives, and supported school-based mental health programs. These experiences strengthened her longstanding commitment to advancing equitable public health policies and improving access to care.

Taylor holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Whittier College. She is Certified in Public Health (CPH) and has received several honors for her leadership and advocacy, including recognition from the American Cancer Society Tobacco Free Generation Campus Initiative and the American Red Cross Youth Hero of the Year Award.

As WPCC continues to grow, Taylor will play a key role in establishing and strengthening operations in Northern California, helping ensure that individuals experiencing complex health and social challenges have access to the care they deserve.

Please join us in welcoming Taylor to the Whole Person Care Clinic team as we expand our impact and continue advancing our mission of whole-person care across California.
